Atlas Services does not guarantee cashback approval, timing, or amount. Cashback eligibility depends entirely on third-party store policies and decisions. Results may vary and are subject to store terms.
3. Limitation of Liability
Atlas Services is not responsible for:
- Store denials of cashback claims
- Shipping issues, delays, or lost packages
- Product quality, defects, or issues
- Account bans or restrictions by stores
- Purchase disputes or refund issues
- Changes to store policies or cashback rates
4. User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for their purchases and interactions with stores. You must comply with all store policies, terms, and conditions. You acknowledge that you are the purchaser and Atlas Services is only assisting with cashback recovery.
5. Service Fees
Users agree to pay Atlas Service's service fee once cashback is confirmed or recovered. Fee amounts and payment terms will be communicated clearly before service completion. Non-payment may result in service termination.
6. Service Termination
Atlas Services reserves the right to refuse service or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service.
7. Store Affiliation
Atlas Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any listed stores or brands. All store names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
8. Service "As-Is"
All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
